Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MJL Kids.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Courier Service
We use The Courier Guy for all nationwide deliveries within South Africa.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping applies to orders over R1000 (where applicable).

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your parcel directly through The Courier Guy.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. MJL Kids cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
